Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure you provide a valid email address.
Processing Time:

In-Stock Items: Require 1–4 business days before being shipped.

Pre-Orders: Require customization and processing time of 5–6 business days before shipping. Please place pre-orders at least two weeks prior to when you need them to ensure timely delivery.
Kasiris Beauty Bar does not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays (e.g., orders placed Friday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday).
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. It is very important to include any apartment unit or building number to ensure correct delivery. Kasiris Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect addresses.
Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Delivery within the United States typically takes 5–6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Weather changes or carrier delays may affect this timeframe.
Once your order has been shipped, Kasiris Beauty Bar is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the carrier. If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not permissible for any reason, including (but not limited to):

Shipping delays after the package leaves our possession

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Customer address errors
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as processing begins immediately. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.
Custom Orders
Custom wigs and special orders may require additional processing time. Estimated completion times are listed in the product description or confirmed via email after purchase.
Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded.
Payments & Chargebacks
By completing your purchase, you agree to Kasiris Beauty Bar’s Terms and Policies. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized claims will result in immediate denial of future purchases and may be reported to payment processors for investigation.
Kasiris Beauty Bar keeps records of all communication, tracking information, and delivery confirmations as proof of service.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Kasiris Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact your shipping carrier to file a claim. We are happy to assist you with the documentation needed to support your claim if necessary.

Pickup Orders (Hair on Hand)
If you are purchasing hair on hand for pickup, please text the phone number provided in our bio for the pickup address and instructions. Be sure to follow all directions provided to ensure a smooth and timely pickup process.
Hair Care Disclaimer
All hair extensions and wigs should be handled with care. Lifespan varies depending on maintenance and styling habits. We recommend using sulfate-free products, minimizing heat exposure, and following our suggested care tips for best results.
